Opening of MP...Need Advise pls..
Dear Samster,
Need advise from the senior here... Let said I wan to open a decent MP, and if one of my staff decided to provide special service without my knowing and was caught by police or during checks..! Will there be a penalty for me...? If yes, wat is the consequences...? Need all senior advice... Thank in advance...!

Yes. As owner of the business, you are responsible for the actions of your employees during the duration of their employment during their working hours.
As for the penalty, I cannot advise.

Think immmediate closeure. Very serious. Modify to renonovation partition, nvr bookin, nvr wear short... All can get fine.
