Yesterday was a good day! The surgeons have discharged me, meaning, I no need to see them for check-up. I only need to see 1 doctor, enough already. And that would be the cardiologist.

After my check-up as I was waiting for OC, I realized I have enough time to swing by PT. Hmmm, call a CAT50 that I fancy, no problem, but I was thinking, Thursday I have 'appointment' with my regular WL. If I bonk, then I might encounter 'engine trouble' for lack of rest and energy.

In short, I managed to 'wave off' my urge, luckily. Now I am more than prepared for my Thursday sessions later!

My point is, don't be greedy. Money and time may not be a problem but what really counts now is the quality of the sessions.

Just sharing my POV.

Yes Bro I'm ok, I'm fine now after my heart bypass surgery 9 months ago.

In H04, a WL got into trouble with a disgruntled customer. He hacked her with a hammer. She located in the front lane, forget her name and room number. After that she never return. Don't know if she ok or not.

It was after my sessions around 8:00pm+, I on the way out of the alley when I saw police. Got blood and personal items like cellphone and wallet scattered on floor just outside H04.

from my street experience, think this wl must hv show a ccb attitude so much that the customer hammer her.
we tip well but when the girl get out of line, we must show we are the boss

For me, no need to show who is boss. You give me bad attitude and/or bad service, good-bye! No more RTF and I will not give my business anymore. I have other WLs to attend to that give value to me!

And, if she does get out of line, why must get physical? That is no good. I mean, if you not happy then leave and don't RTF lah. BTW the WL in question was H04R11.

Have a balanced diet and some exercise. Twice a week sessions in PT, in my book, is counted! Ha-ha!
