in the first place, the girl didn't say she's looking for fb. YOU are assuming she is open to looking for FBs.

And secondly, you're only trading it because she rejected you. More of a case of revenge / getting something out of it.

There are always more guys than girls looking for sex. If she is genuinely looking, she can do so herself with decent results - why does she need to depend on a guy she rejected?
