Been using offline AI generation such as automatic1111 stable diffusion web ui for the past year liao.

Pros:

• Generate any fantasy you like
• Privacy (no 3rd party prying into your fetish or likes for MILF / lao aunties / grannies)
• tons of different checkpoint and LoRAs means you can make a lot of combinations.
• no need pay money or earn credit to generate. no quota.
• no need wait for any queue on public / online servers to generate photo.

Cons:

• Intensive process taking toll on GPU. Use a lot of electricity for GPU and aircon for cooling. I run the process without aircon, room will become sauna and GPU will become chao ta.
• Not as powerful as datacenter Nvidia H200 so your GPU vram limits your generation capability. Minimum need a good 16gb vram card. 8gb is the minimum but can only generate small image. If you want to upscale, need better cards.
• Need technical know-how to fix issues or customise the code. (not an issue to me but might be issue to you)
• Deal with "disfigured" or "scary" generations especially when you do batching. Got some you see liao will scar you for life. (e.g. hand not at right place, face look scary, etc.)
