Hi All

In need of a personal loan of SGD 10000.00 and will repay $550 per month for 24 months. Total repaid amount will be SGD 13200.00.

Tried asking from friend and relative but all no reply or say no money. Bank rejected my loan too. Moneylender's interest is too high.

Will sign IOU and provide IC photocopy. Really in need of this money.

Please kindly assist me.

Should a bank reject your application for a loan, you are a high risk individual.

Even with your NRIC and a signed IOU, the most that will happen in the event of default is that someone will report you to small claims tribunal. The courts will not handle such a case.

The chances of small claims tribunal recovering the money is slim. You know damn well that once money changes hands, the person loaning you has basically very little options to get her $$$ back.
