Hi bros,

I know many of u drive, but I believe that some of u take the MRT too. Was wondering if any bros out there have a similar problem.....

U know those peak hour MRT rides? Jam packed and all, and sometimes u get these attractive ladies being squeezed against u. Sometimes it's their butt on your brother, sometimes it's their breast on your chest, or their breast on your back....anyway...it certainly turns me ON! Especially when the train jerks, and there is some rubba rubba action.

There have been quite a couple of occasions when I was caught in such situations, and got aroused

Very embarrased, and a little worried.... will they shout or accuse me of molest?? Wat to do?

I'm a red-blooded male after all..... Any advice?

my advice is try to avoid any body contacts .. even if by accidents, gotta switch positions / directions ... cos till now no single male passenger has been prosecuted for molest in mrt .. hence, good luck to you ya

As long as you did not intentionally used any parts of your body to physically "touch" them, it not "OM". However, if you intentionally used your hands to rubba their chest or butt or private part, that is "OM".

In fact, as long as the gal feels offended even if you touch her hand or even any non-vital parts like face, leg, thigh...etc, you still can be charge under Sec 354 Cap 224 (OM) or Sec 354B Cap 224 (OM in a confined Area). The difference between the two is that one is committed in a confined area like a lift, room, train...etc, where the victim has no means of escape from the molester.

It is possible if charge under Sec 354 Cap 224, the case can be "Componded" provided the victim agrees and settle out of court. However, the Accused (The person kanna charged) would have to pay a monetary compensation to her. Of coz, the molest must consists of touch non vital parts of her.

If charge under Sec 354B Cap 224, it is a manadatory jail term of up to 7 years + caning of up to 7 strokes (If I am not wrong)

So Bro just be careful. DON"T DO IT!!! Its not worth it. If you want to Rubba must as well go GL and pay $40....can rubba and FJ as well. No point of touching for a few seconds and not only pay by spending time behind bars but have their butts scarred for life!!

But i think u misunderstood me. Wat I'm saying is that I get aroused in these situations, and my little brother marikita. Sometimes, the ladies can feel this marikita-ing. Since u brought up all this about touching....would my brother be considered to have 'touched' the lady? Strictly speaking, I did not 'move' any part of my body. A certain part of my body simply changed its form

Dun worry, bro. At no point in time had I ever thought of using my hands or any other part of my body to actively rubba any lady on the MRT. That's pure molestation, and I'm totally against that. Me luv n respect ladies.

Jus happen to know abit of the laws dats all.

If the girl felt that you had "intentionally" or that she felt disgusted by your action, you are still liable to be charge for OM. The safest way out in this kind of situation, put something between your "didi" and her. Place a bag, documents, newspaper or turn your "didi" away from her to prevent any accidental contact.

Just for your info, Judges would not convict you unless your guilt is proven beyond any reasonable doubt! However, SG has something that some other countries do not have(If I am not wrong)....Woman Chapter. This Chapter is written to protect "WOMAN"!!!

There is a Section here (Can't remember the nos

....Insulting A Woman's Decency...e.g. if you do any provocative action like using your mouth & hand to stimulate the action of BJ or any poses or action resembling sexual intercourse or you tell jokes about Sex. If the woman feels insulted by your actions or sexual jokes (No touching). You are liable to be charge for it. But don't worry, usually the penalty is just a fine!

Thanks for your wonderful advice and insights, bros. Seems like our sillypore looks after her ladies well. That's great! Really can't stand those chee ko pek taking advantage of innocent gals who r using public transport out of necessity. Guess I'll have to revert to taking buses.

Anyway, there was this incident which happened to me about 5 years ago. Bros, u HAVE to believe me. I was in a really packed MRT with this lady pressed up close to me. Her butt was very close to my didi. Was feeling awkward and embarrased, as usual.

Then, after a few stations, I realized that she was using her butt to rubba my didi! Really! I can swear! Can still recall that she was an OL type in mid 30s. Not very chio, but ok lah. Anyway, I didn't dare to look at her much. I was totally shocked and almost froze!

Anyway, she alighted after a few more stations, leaving me in the train, with a standing dick, wondering if I should have talked to her......

bro, i dun know abt u but i carry a bag so i can block all these invasion. kekeke. carry a bag n it sure comes in handy when u need it.
it can hide yr hard on n serve many purposes such like when u want to adjust yr standing prick. kekeke

Sorry Bro...there is no MAN CHAPTER to protect you!! Anyway if you go to Police and reported that you were "Molested" or "Rape" by her, they will probably laugh their ass off and sent you to Woodbridge Hospital!!

When i was travelling in Japan, in their " MRT" most male would raise both arms up when ever the train jerk and there were jostling around. Totally unlike wat i have seen in porn clips
