2 months ago, i got my first sign of sti when i was peeing, where i got yellow pus looking liquid come out as i was peeing, abit painful as well. Long story short i go see doctor 3 times, first two times tested for chlamydia, gonorrhea, hiv, mgu but all negtive. Doctor prescribe me antibiotics which i took and on the last visit i tested for pus cells but was cleared and they say i am clear.i haven't been sexually active ever since i got the first sign, but now im starting to get random pain when i pee and really unsure what is going on. I wanted to cheong this fl tmr since her last day but scared if i actually kena again i spread to her. But at the same time the doctor say i am cleared so i really am not sure what to do.

You sound like you have uti? Since the pus cleared out? I would say don't go be safe than sorry bro.
Have you tried to check with other doctor/clinic?
2nd opinion might counts, better be safe than sorry bro

I held my urine in before i see the doctor, didnt pee in the morning then do the urethral swab test. Results came in negative so they say i am clear alrdy. But few days later i get pain while urine again. Thanks for ur opinion bro

I only went to the dsc clinic since it is the only one 11b cover. But i'll just monitor for now, hopefully the pain is just temporary.. If it gets too bad then i go see doctor. Thanks for ur opinion man
