Yup. Overseas. Too sudden to react. Will sound strange, but the setting was one of harmless fun. We were at a sex district.

Well not exactly in public. A long time ago attended a celebration at a pub with GF and after lots of drinking during the night, was suddenly aware that one of the guests was fondling my GF! I think we were all too drunk to care at that time.

I once went to pick up my wife from her company D&D
She was tipsy and there was a young man pretending to support her
with his hand under her armpit and has his 4 fingers were right across her

It was one of my good fren wedding night. After the wedding dinner, everyone was drunk or tipsy. While we were talk, one bro, probably drunk or act drunk, suddenly stand up and just pull down another bro's gf tube dress exposing her D cup breasts.
