i need some help here...
these few days i been having some discomfort with my penis..symptoms are i feel like urinating all the time , but only a small amount of urine is coming out , and i feel discomfort when i am urinating out , its is not really burning sensation , so what does this symtoms mean?

Could be NGU, gonorrhea, chlamydia or a host of other causes. You need to see a doctor so a culture can be taken.

Treatment will depend upon the findings.
