Thanks for the heads up, traffic is bad around the area with road closure google maps showing the roads closed for the celebration. And Grab ride (Bike and car) surged.

So far no issue for me, travelled by bike from D4 to Japan town, then to Pasteur Road for Pho, and now chilling at Bui Vien.

Yeah, grab bike here on a frenzy, due to surge pricing, they ride like bats out of hell.

Qui Cuisine Mixology at Le Thanh Ton Street.

Fantastic crowd, suits the 30-40 age group really well. I usually sit alone at the bar with a bottle. Classy place with only a handful of freelancers. My last 3 visits this year ended with paying one for LT and bedding the other 2 as ONS.
Plus point is that this place is located right opposite the Lt Japan enclave. So if youre not lucky at Qui, you can always head over for paid action.

This is my overall KTV experience in Ho Chi Minh -

I personally feel that it's a safe environment. There are no gangsters waiting to extort you or rob you.

When at KTV, be prepared to spend and expect a certain amount of extra expenditure.

Example - big plate of fruits - chargeable. Yes of course technically you can tell the mommy to return the fruits, but u know...

Baskets of tidbits, vapes, whatever. Mommy will ask u to buy vapes for girls. Open tidbits to eat etc.

Food - girls will ask "boss, can i order food".. so it's difficult to say no to them, if u know what i mean.

cleaning auntie - 1 cleaning auntie came in to mop the floor for 15 seconds. the girl turn to u and ask "please support the auntie", again, difficult to say no.

Overall 5 of us spend $750 (beer, food, fruits, whatever nonsense they have)

Now most important, the girls !! Average SGD$50 to stay the whole session, no butterfly. Some girls can go back hotel, some don't do.

So ask first!

So drink play games, make the girls drunk, bring back hotel and have fun with the drunk girl. !
