Yup, during my times at Bkk 4 years ago, RCA doesn't impose any cover charge, and their whiskey is not as expensive as now 2.1k bht for black, 2.4k bht for gold. I think the cover charge were imposed due to those farang just want to see see, trying their luck to get lucky with their pretty face.
So far clubs in thonglor soi 10, I didn't pay any cover charge. Only for WIP, there's cover charge for all during weekends, fri and sat, otherwise open a bottle waive 4 people. Funky and Demo, got many sinkies.
