Bros looking for a lady friendly hotel in Saigon should try the following below :

1) LUC PHUC Hotel
104 Ky Con, P Nguyen Thai Binh, Dist 1. Ho Chi Min (located at Dist 1, walking dist to Ben Thann Market) if you dont like walking, you can hail a motorbike taxi for 5000 dong only (S$0.50)

DID : 8290196 / 8215596
Rate : S$30 per night.

This hotel was recommended by my viet girl. Confirmed 100% gal friendly because it is a short time hotel. The rooms are very big and clean. They have 2 double beds in each room, a big bath tub, powerful heater, TV. Service is also good. They have one cleaner stationed at each floor. And also the streets are much cleaner and less noisy than Bui Vien or Pham Nu Lao. The cars horning is really deafening at those areas!!!

The only disadvantage of staying this hotel is : No lift. So please take the 2nd or 3rd floors.
