I know of PDMMs and many Singaporeans who run massage palours in Singapore without a proper massage palour license from SPF, without getting a license for each masseuse, and without any business plans. I don't know how many got caught by AV, but the fact is these people really got the guts. Some of the more careful ones get PDMMs to work after 5 pm (they assume AV aren't operational 24/7).
Lagi best are those who hire half-shop space (for 1 month each go) in HDB areas to sell pirated software that some-else downloaded via bit-torrent and made into CDs for them. After that they go into hiding and surface somewhere else again to make more money. Such people amaze me. But I guess people will do anything when they are desperate for cash.
