Well, somehow, I could not get the S$9.98 both ways (one way was S$49.98) and, with the high taxes and other charges, my return fare came to just under S$128 in total. I'm travelling weekend though.

However, compared with normal Silkair prices and/or travelling there via Thai through Bangkok, its cheap enough so I have no complain except the over-heavy traffic on the site today.

Theres of course the damm weight restriction of 15kg and that could cost you an extra S$50 if you check in overweight with a golf bag.
My "trick" is to travel with half a golf set in a normal light-weight bag and I just make it with 15kg checked in and 7 kg in my hand luggage.
