If you like syts can fly to Dumaguate...... it is a university town and plenty of students there need $ for school expenses.
......... and then take the ferry crossing to Cebu.... slowly make your way up to Cebu City while enjoying the company of the syt.
Just be sure you do not choose an underage one.
