unlike S'pore and M'sia, spas/HCs in hotels in BKK have little action...there it is so open so they have stand-alone humungous HC (Poseidon, Caesar etc) which dare to boast fishtanks and topless gal posters ... the big HCs there need not be part of hotel

Anyway, Siam Square action is in basement disco CM2
