This is a relevant question but not just limited to adult key sites. Make sure your computer is free of backdoor trojans which will allow hackers to steal your passwords by monitoring your keystrokes. Get a antivirus, update the virus definitions and do a proper scan.
So how safe depends on your computer and your practices.
