Bro, Judy H10R11 don't work on Sundays. Saturdays you can try your luck. Monday to Friday sure fire she working. And when you get her, you will be smiling ear to ear after you walk out her door!
My take is Judy rather than Kico.
But then again, we cannot say, because ang pai so unpredictable!
Like last Wednesday, Michelle H02R16 suddenly not working, but to my stupefaction, Ada H16R10 was there, in the flesh, working!
