Feeling uneasy about getting in touch with customer whom she never face to face to sell lingeries..
Nevertheless, she had to do it as to get used to the modern time where men doing shopping for lingerie. Furthermore, Triumph International, a market leader had started the trend in early 2000s by encouraging men to buy lingerie at Raffles Place branch.

She emailing Desmond, negotiating with him , tempting him with lingerie pictures, urging him to purschase 4 sets as originally planned, CCing to Denise and Alan.

Then she had lunch at staff lounge, office staff had 45 mins lunch, packers and delivery staff had 30 mins lunch. (this is privilege due to meritocracy and privilege come with responisiblity.)

After lunch, she head back to 3rd floor office where she help herself with cola cola from office fridge.( this again a meritocratic privilege where only office got fridge. whereas 1st and 2nd floor got only plain water.)

Visitors of 3 pple (man and 2 young looking pretty gals) come to Servon International and was greeted by Alan and biz development team.
Mandy learnt that a man was VIP client who purschase many sleepwear , lingeries for $10,000 and above.
