The only 1 thing I can think of Batam which is better than Jkt is the price, quality wise will very much be compromised.
When my kaki from Jkt (and they hardly want to come to Batam) visits Batam, they always complain about quality, even if willing to pay more also can't get Jkt standard.
Maybe you have your people in Batam with some special arrangement?
