yes, it the same one,.. on the same side of the road, is to lovine hotel ans bcs shopping centre. and main road let to negoya shopping mall.
i walk a lot at this area to explore... so know how to walk around tat area.. the messeage is quite ok,. but not sure got special or not. Ex OC around. so did not try.
i quite like tat area, a lot to eat at night and got good seafood
