A few months ago I went to a Pinay-pub in Orchard Rd. Concorde SC, level 2 (from the street, just climb up the stairs). When you enter the building, go right and it will be on your right side. It's already open in the late afternoon and sometimes there are some gals standing outside. I entered, accompanied by one of the gals and inside was full with pinay gals, about 15. I took a gal and went to the back of the bar with her. Bought a few drinks and had a reasonable good time.
However, I think the bars in Duxton, PSC and some pinay-bars in OT are raunchier.
