With a 4-5k budget you have ample choice: Depending on your tastes (and your luck, the night you go there, the time of the month and Buddha knows what)
also, I guess you are looking for the eye candy + service and gfe?

To get almost G club quality without the price tag:
Go visit a Japanese club/karaoke/lounge (plenty of them, can give you a list with tips and the best ones I go to).

The first night might cost you more than what your budget allows but you also won't leave empty handed. (higher cost due to: going to the club and then sorting out the one you want -> also: as it is the first time you will pay more for the St/LT)
Make sure that: The girl you want understands well that her service will be required a few more days, and out of working hours, thus you can negotiate a lower rate as you don't have the barfine to pay and so on.

Other spare solution: Try the same at a gogo in soi cowboy, I did that too and it can work well especially if this is low season and the girl understands well it is a sure income

downside of all this: It might not work at all if you are there only a few days
