Nowadays 7-11 are following the rule very strictly. Those small sundry shop they do sell alcohol openly. But as usual... those ruling are not follow strictly as I am drinking my gin tonic now at Ekamai area since 5pm today.
Anyway great to meet up during the Songkran Water Party at RCA if u still can remember me... 555+
