Sorry if I'm restating the obvious, but can take the high speed train from the Xiamen train station. There are more than 10 high speed train trips between the Xiamen and Fuzhou everyday. Unfortunately, I don't have the schedule with me now. I'll go get it tomorrow and post it tomorrow night if you require.
