bro, I think should be clean joint, I went to one tuina shop in Ximending "footing soaking" + foot massage + tuina (think 90 min) = 1250NT promotion price, and in taipei area FJ cost around 4000+NT (similar to sauna) unless you have some special lobang. Even last year when I was in HsinChu, massage + HJ cost 1800 - 2000NT/hr
