Hi all.. want to check.. i needa draw more money in hcmc.. may not have enough vnd to last till go back sgp.. which atms can draw? i stay at windsor hotel btw.. so anywhere near windsor hotel can draw money? and what will be the rate? and how much extra charge that i need to pay? sorry, newbie at hcmc..
