I was already having slight difficulty to concentrate on the road while still suffering the initial effects of the temptation to grope Beckie's tantalising ass; yet, my hand accidentally brushed the outside of her silky right thigh as I tried to shift gear unsteadily. My mouth turned dry and my hands fought to keep the car in lane. I apologised immediately, but she didn't flinch nor seem to hear me; or probably she had played it down since we would often exchange friendly hugs and intimate but harmless body contacts due to our dear relationship. Nevertheless, I continued to steal glances at my beautiful Beckie and her endless legs. She had her head turned, looking out of the window with her arms crossed under her breasts – creating a more than modest cleavage now, her mind seemingly lost as she stared at the night sky which threatened to pour as I drove on.
Worried for her, I opened my mouth to ask her what's wrong, but stopped before words could form and then decided against it once more. Just as I slowed the car to a halt at a red light, the first rain drops were falling onto the windscreen, and my thoughts too drifted off to many years back.
