Re: Will daily masterbation for 5 yrs affect health problems?

For the young one...

Sometimes masturbation becomes a habit. Habits are difficult to break.
It is a little like the habit of smoking or drinking coca cola. Some people
develop the habit of stepping over every line on the pavement. They will
not let themselves step on the line. They must step over it. It becomes
a habit. Once you get used to it, it is very difficult to stop.

Some people find that they can successfully channel their sexual energies
into other directions such as athletics, music or games. Some channel it
into a creative spirit and do sculpture, paint, write songs, poetry or stories.
It may be very hard to stop but one can face it as a challenge. Take life
one day at a time. If you succeed for half a day, you can stretch it to one
full day without masturbation. If you succeed for one day, you can stretch
it to one and ahalf, two, three and so on.

But you if you fail, don't be disappointed. Most growing teenaged school
children take many years to get used to their bodies and their growing
sexual feelings. The human being is sexual. That is a fact of life. Whether
or not you want to express this sexuality is up to you.

Masturbation is normal. If you want to stop, you can succeed. If you want
to carry on, that is also normal.
