as long as the fish is fresh its the most important
when i go there i will request...
steam promfet...groupa...
must add...
good quality soya sauce
mushrooms...cut into very thin slices
sliced ginger
sour prunes
can add tofu cubes if you wish
and pork fats is a must!!!
