bro 'san chong' (三重) is not in taipei city liow, but jus next to it.
I used to stay in Ximenting when I'm in Taipei. At night when I'm walking on the street alone, I often kena jio by some uncles riding on bicycle asking whether want to 'find any gals' or not, he can intro and ride you to the place. But would not dare to since alone in a foreign country.
