Once inside H24, you go all the way up to the bend to the back lane, again on your left hand side is her room. 3rd from the back exit door. You see the numbers on top of the doors, sadly they are not in numerical order. So, from back exit door, R14 - Cloud, R28 - Xiao Tian, then R33 - Lai Lai (you will see a note there on her door saying when she will be back).
