Bro, if in Batam pay that amount of dough, is this kind of service due to its location. If better service, maybe can try Utama or 89. If this kind of budget, in other city of Indobonking land, will be great service (except Bali and Jakarta, maybe).
If your activity mainly in the Nagoya Hill, Puri Garden & I-hotel are some good choices.
