Your Huang Huo is about 20mins away from City Sq, is it? Dont want to get the wrong place if I blur blur again. Hopefully it is the same place that I'm talking about.
Actually, I was told that there are many FLs hanging around; Malaysian Chinese, PRC and Viet. The prices (RM140 - RM200) are listed at per shot. A nearby address is Jalan Bestari 1/4, Taman Nusa Bestari....... When driving up, you will locate a Polis post. See it and you are on the right track. Start to hunt around there.
Hola is one of the hot pubs there now but I feel that there isn't much fun. Nearby New York Hotel, look out for this place called D&P or something similar. You can find fun there. Scout around that area and you will locate more pubs.
