After reading some comments on Xiao Tian and Lai Lai, I think some bros here really got the two neighbours mixed up!
Lai Lai in Room 33 is the petite, no-fat slim one! 
Her next door neighbour, Xiao Tian who is one room further in in Room 28 is the slightly plump one.
