For the unknowing Mas please do allow Pak P to pen down my unbiase opinion here.

Unlike the normal chop chop bonk style in Desker,GL,Petain,CV (walk around see what you like ,negociate dollar and you know the drill and end)

In Batam whenever you book a gal,she'll be with you for at least 20 hrs therefore simply put it the gal is your wife for about a day. (so to speak)
Many goings and ungoings can happen so the Chemistry is surmountable to the pleasure of your 20 hours duration.
