If you wanna fuck her you have to do what she wants you to do and say what she wants you to say....
Which means "if she wants long term bf" tell her that you can be her long term bf and then fuck her.... if the fuck is good or if some parts of her service are good then you may wanna keep her....
After the fuck its upto you to decide what you wanna do.... as long as you dun reveal your address is pretty safe.... u dun wish to be eating chicken rice all the time....
so tell her what she wants to here take of her clothes and fuck her.....
and then tell her what she does not wanna hear (na dun do that just break off on good terms)
