I guess the rates is on the high side. In Hai Ba Trung or other places... the budget rates is 60-80USD for ST and 80-150USD for LT. I have been offered various time 60USD for ST and 100USD for LT.

Again, the rates is on the high side. PRs normally, tip is 100k to 300K. I always tip 100k to 200k depending on the time spend on me.
