I have changed job and Muscat is no longer under my radar.

Try the pub located in the basement of Raddisson Hotel in Muscat. There are some PRC ladies (mostly old and CMI). However in Muscat, there are are not many choices so most of the time this pub was my hang out when I visit Muscat from 2006 to 2007.
