Sukajardi? Wah lao, that place is one of the most posh place in batam until recent times.
150K? I think could be more than tat, depend on location. Some places nowdays can go up to 500K. Alot of them are trying to sell their bird nest houses too. Ranging from 80k to 120K.
The locations I mention in my previous post is due to convience to makan places. Sukarjadi is a nice place, but you need to have a car......
