Wear Loose Clothing at Night and Ride Out Morning Erections:
During the night as you sleep your penis goes through several erections that act as “maintenance” to the spongy cells inside. Many times when you wake up in the morning you’ll find yourself in the middle of those erections, called “Morning Wood”, and find it difficult to go soft. It’s important that you realize the MORE erections you get the healthier and harder your future erections will be.
This means during the night you should make erections as easy as possible by wearing loose boxers and avoiding any tight or constrictive underwear. When you wake up in the morning, ride the erection out and let it last as long as you can. Do not masturbate to make it go away.
