3D2N? meaning tonight is your first night, tomorrow U will go to VungTau and back in the evening.
Since you are travelling on company expenses, my guess is that you should be staying in a hotel that might not be able to bring any female back to your room after certain hour (depending on the hotel).
I also assume you do not speak Vietnamese Language. Therefore, I do not think you can have any action during this trip unless you want to settle for some HJ or rubba rubba action.
By the way, I want to advice you that "DO NOT FOLLOW" those pimps who carry pretty girls behind their bike and ask you to go for some "massage".
