Now we have regulations on compulsory helmet instead of free-for-all....amazing  , however it seems that the basic rot is still pervasive aka corruption.

Now the illegal hawkers act was in effect a few days ago that is to eradicate those without licensed stalls...soon they wanted their universities to be ranked...alot of things are happening now...alot of opportunities...
