Yes, oyster must eat fresh la because it is normally quite big and meaty...ate last month at Ngo Gia Tu, D10, a small seafood restaurant around 20000 vnd each...Eat with lemon juice and sauce...last time there is a big seafood restaurant at Tan Da selling oysters omelet but close down and dun know shift where liao....
