Saw Asiancigar mentioning this hotel in forum and book this on my trip there in May.
here is some of my rating on this hotel:
Cost:USD 45 thru Agoda.com(should have gone to AC then

Room:7/10 (clean, LCD Tv, room not too small, got small window facing some residential building,no lockbox,everything new and clean,bed is clean and comfy, good for action)
Toilet:9/10 (big(can action in toilet), shower no bathtub, best attraction of this hotel)
Service:8/10(bellboy friendly/cleaning auntie friendly and does a good job, nothing lost/stolen/repcetionists not pretty though

Breakfast:1/10(dun bother, your 10 yr old bro can cook better than this)
Comments:Overall not bad, outside hotel the taxi stand belongs to Mai Linh, so no rip off rides, steps to hotel is steep, if you are drunk, you better ask the bellboy to carry you up.location is in a quiet corner of Thai Van Lung. Many restuarants nearly and short walk to many places of interest. Reception not too friendly dunno why.(prob seeing i was with my BX and they think shes a hooker
) pass passport no problem for her to stay with me. I think i saw a sgp lady receptionist, think this hotel belongs to sgprean. Got a "Strange" encounter on my last night though.
