I was using my apple itouch while in the restaurant, looking at the FLs on parade.
My hotel male recept told me that FLs, PRs, bar girls usually go to those restaurants in ngyuen trai to be picked up from 11 or 12 to 3am
Steps
1. Buy her flower from the flower girls pestering the foreigners.
2. Walk up and small chat, starting rate abt 100USD
Advantages
1. No need to go those loud discos..
2. Can enjoy cheap dimsum(20K) and cheap beer (heneiken only 18K)
2. Gathering of all the FLs in a single location for you to see, so no nid go bar/club-hopping. (I even saw a dawn yang lookalike)
Disadvantages
1. Some PR 1 u met in Pub A with some potential will see you tackling PR 2 in Pub B..Minus points
2. Big flower cost 50K, small flower cost 10K
3. Usually are those left-overs from the various clubs. But then now is low-season, so the quality i saw was still way better than in SG.
