PRACTICAL TEST. After the PRACTICAL TEST, then maybe he will get his CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMANCE (COC).
However, after COC, he might still want to go for RELIABILTY TEST (RT). Maybe after his RT, he might be able to deliver
RED CERTIFICATE
