Just a reminder to all "business" travelers to HCMC.

There has been numerous changes to the law regarding the "entitlements" adn "privileges" for Foreignors working/living/investing in Veitnam. Do check with you local partners on the updates and changes. Most importantly read up on the changes to Personal Income Tax.
