In my opinion, gals that can make it, would have gone to HCMC. Whatever is left behind at Nha Trang, Phan Thiet, Dalat, etc etc, sigh....cannot make it.

Fake Liquor is everywhere in Vietnam. Go for those liquor that are not so popular, it will be safer.
In my own opinion, the better one will have gone to Macau and Singapore. HCMC will get the third grade after I compare with JC, GL and some KTV like Las Vegas in Havelock,
