As of this moment, I would actually recommend giving this place a shot. Quality might be hit or miss, but it's definitely refreshing and different. Either way, you only really lose a bit of time, if cannot make it, just get on a cab and go somewhere else. The rates are really cheap; 100b for a large bottle of beer, etc.
Also, it's quite fun bringing visiting friends here, since 98% of the girls can't speak english. Quite entertaining posing the challenge of communication to them. :P
